For a few years now it has been our family tradition to visit West End Nursery in San Rafael, CA to tour their incredible Christmas display. “Merrie Untermann and her friend Cindy Wookey started the Christmas House in 1985 to fill a niche of well priced, unique ornaments and decorations in Marin. Of course, back then it was more of a Christmas Corner, with just a handful of trees and a few decorations. Over the last 30 years, it has grown to include more than 60 glittering trees, becoming one of the biggest holiday traditions in the community.”
A few years ago I went nuts taking pictures of EVERYTHING, and I am so glad I did. This year with COVID, I am not sure we will be able to visit the beautiful display and get a good dose of Christmas Decor Inspiration. Thankfully I have these pictures to guide me. The displays are so packed with wonderful ideas that I always discover a new detail I hadn’t noticed before.
